Leylam Deluxe — Restaurant in Cebu City

This is my second visit here in I. T PARK BRANCH. The price is commendable like its only 130 shawarma rice and drinks and a lot that you can choose from if your a rice person and if not they have something for you as well. They have meals like noodles shawarma rice, nuggets with rice and drinks and etc. The place is spacious and it's not noisy. It's also organize and clean. You can also witness when they are preparing your orders. The waiters are friendly and approachable.. They always wear a smile on their faces. You can stay there like in coffe shops for chitchat while enjoying your affordable meals. I will recommend the place for those who are in tight budget but still need to satisfy their shawarma taste cravings. Please visit the place and make your orders becuase for sure you will be enjoying it....

I frequented this place since before, getting my usual beef wrap or beef noodles even on both lunch and dinner. My most recent visit (Oct 8) made me drop my jaw as I watch the lady prepare my order. It was a few of everything — might be less than half of the usual — and I can tell for sure having been a patron.

It just took me a few seconds to finish. Not because it was good, but because it was really that small. Cost does not justify this serving. Might as well get the neighboring shawarma.

Not sure if I would recommend to friends/family, nor am I coming back...

What a Disappointment – Fix Your Rice!

I’ve been craving Leylam’s big shawarma rice for a while, and finally gave in today. Huge mistake. The rice was half-cooked in some parts and properly cooked in others—what kind of lazy preparation is that? It’s like no one even bothered to check if the rice was evenly done before serving it.

For something that’s supposed to be your big shawarma rice, this was just a big letdown. I expected quality, and all I got was a ruined meal. If I wanted to gamble on whether my rice was edible, I wouldn’t be paying full price for it.
