The true coffee nerds of this island. This coffee shop goes back to the basics, no fancy espresso machine or expensive equipment, simple setup and excellent control on the coffee extraction. The shop is next to the road in a wood house that is open-air. They serve pour over coffees with a great range of bean choice and also Flair 58 espresso! For the flair I could choose between a medium or light roast, which is very rare to find in a cafĂ©! This super chill place has a hammock and is well-lit. Even when you sit at the bar, the coffee aroma are just mesmerizing. Their coffee beans are locally sourced by the way.
It is also very quiet, that you can enjoy a moment with a book and sip on your coffee.
