Arrived at night looking to see what it was all about. 100 pesos/pax for what? To walk a bridge in the dark and not see anything? We asked if there were places to eat and they answered back straight to my face na meron. When we got to the 2 places that were still open, you can clearly see that they are accessible by other means. You do not have to pay the entrance fee to access the restaurant. Obviously, if we did a little more research beforehand we would have known. I was hoping to be able to trust some people here. Still do for yhe most part but I just hate hate feeling of being swindled like that. Also, the cloud9 signs sponsored by tanduay and smart are so tacky;...

Cloud 9 in Siargao is iconic, especially for surfers and those who love ocean views! The boardwalk and tower give a stunning view of the waves, perfect for photos. But the 100 PHP entrance fee isn’t worth it if you’re charged every time you go in and out. It should be good for the whole day. The spot is beautiful, but they could improve the system so guests can enjoy freely without worrying about re-entry fees. Especially those travelers that is just near the spot. Our hotel is entirely just across this spot but we werent able to come back bc of the re-entry fee 😟 Still, it's a must-see when in Siargao, just plan your...

Fee of 100PHP to get in. The boardwalk is destroyed and dirty. Where does the money go? I understand that this is typhoon damage, but the wrecks and trash on the boardwalk? There’s 3 people collecting money at the entrance… 2 of them cannot find time to start taking out the trash accumulated on the end of the boardwalk?

It requires minimum effort, just will to do it. On the other hand, there’s always a strong will to...

100 peso entrance fee as one time payment is fine. But if it would be 100 peso a day, that would be something unacceptable. But hopefully the money they acquired would be used to the still damaged boardwalk (karma for thoss dishonest people). But as a tourist, the said amount is nothing compared to the experience you'll have once you're at the tip of the boardwalk, closer to the waves.

Entrance fee is 100php- although I don’t understand why it is that high when there is no places where you can rest aside from just walking in the boardwalk. I understand the renovation from Odette caused the 100 entrance fee but I think it’s already more than enough considering there’s a lot of tourists coming There is also not enough space for shelter when it rains.
