We were originally planning to visit the Corgi Café while waiting for our airport pickup after checking out, but since they’re closed on Tuesdays, we looked around and stumbled upon a hidden gem — Pop Up Bar Siargao. We arrived just before lunch and asked if they’d be busy since we planned to stay for around two hours. They warmly welcomed us and said it was fine, so we ordered their coffee shake and fries — both were delicious! The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. The place has such a relaxing vibe — we even got to lounge comfortably on the floor while sipping our coffee. They also have cozy outdoor seating with hammocks facing the ocean — perfect for unwinding. And just when we thought we missed out on seeing the corgis, a few of them actually passed by from Corgi Café, giving us a sweet surprise! All in all, it turned out to be a great stop, and Pop Up Bar Siargao is definitely a place we’d recommend to anyone looking for a chill spot to relax...

The only bad experience we had in all of Siargao. Ordered a round of drinks and almost half way of my drink, found a fly in it. Kindly pointed it out to our server. she took the drink away and returns with a check stating that the owner was giving us a 30% discount. We were shocked that an owner of an establishment would make a call like that. Didnt make me a new drink and gave us a check that we didnt ask for.
