Our friends recently ordered from Angel's Pizza - Bel Air Branch and we were absolutely blown away by the overall experience! From the moment we placed our order to the time it arrived at our doorstep, the process was smooth and efficient.

The fast delivery was truly impressive, especially considering how busy the area can be. We were pleasantly surprised when our pizza arrived well within the estimated time, piping hot and ready to be devoured.

Good food, bad service. Ordered with the option for swipe on delivery but they will still insist on having cash for backup otherwise they will not proceed with the order. Even the agents on the phone aren't very personable. When the delivery guy arrived, he brought a POS terminal that didn't have a battery and did not have any internet connection to process the payment. He asked for a wall socket to plug in the terminal and I had to use my post paid sim card on the machine for us to process the payment. Took us about 20 minutes to finally process my credit card payment. If you can't offer a payment option properly, then don't offer it in the first place! Delivery takes more than 1 hour 30 minutes and they cannot guarantee prompt delivery. They also will not advise of any changes to your order. I ordered Coke Zero with my pizza and they delivered regular Coke. UPDATE: And they're at it again! Angel's Pizza may have nice tasting pizza but their delivery service is the worst!!! After placing my order online they called me to cofirm my order and tell me that th dlivery time is 2 hours!!!! 2 hours for pizza delivery!!!??? What's worse is that the only excuse they can give you is that they are loaded with orders--the same excuse they give in the several times I've ordered from them i the past 2 years! There must be something really wrong with the way you manage...

I ordered pizza for it to be delivered at my husband's workplace and was told that it will be delivered on or before 1:55 pm. At 2pm, there's still no pizza. No notification or anything that it will be late. I called the hotline and was advised that they'll reach out directly to the (Ayala) branch who catered our order. My husband received a call that they've just booked a rider to deliver my order and that they'll call him once the rider picked up my order.

He got no call. I called the hotline again and was told that the order is already out for delivery. My husband's lunch was over and his team hasn't eaten yet as they're waiting for the delivery.
