Property management here is a joke, anong kahihiyan! Melissa and her supervisor(s) at property management office are very disrespectful and have no work ethic, they do not care about the people that they serve at their workplace, grab drivers are more professional and work harder than they do. The organization and lack of attention to detail at Acqua is embarrassing. Elevator panels and screens are always broken and missing, cockroaches all over the hallways, and facilities are hit or miss all the time, nothing here is reliable. The only thing I enjoy are security and front desk, they are friendly and professional, but as far as everything else it is a joke. Engineering always has to come by at least twice because they never fix it right the first time, and the hallways are dimly lit even at night and wallpaper is always peeling, not very elegant at all. This is likely the worst condo you will ever be in. To go to facilities so much problems, registration , you need to tell them a specific hour and lots of necessary bureaucracy .
