Worst Greenwich branch! Utensils were not washed properly. Stains were still present as they served the plates, spoons and forks, as well as the stack bowls. Not to mention, plates smells gross. We returned the plates and it was served to us with stains again. What kind of service was that?! Not only service was slow, our orders were serve incomplete. Poor management I must say. We had our dinner here last night and we ordered their famous Lasagna Supreme Chicken Plate and Wings & Waves. Lasagna, as usual, tasted really good. On the otherhand, the fried chicken in this value meal was so disappointing. It was tasteless, dry, oily and we assumed it was reheated because the chicken skin was no longer crispy. On the brighter side, we both enjoyed the Wings & Waves. We requested to make the wings spicy and it turned sinfully good! Try this too!
