Noodles are a bit undercooked, you could still taste and feel the flour of the noodles, plus its in like a weird chewy uncooked noodles. Ramen broth tastes watered down, i ordered the Black Garlic Tonkotsu. There wasn’t even a roasted garlic taste nor the tonkotsu broth. The ramen meat was a sham, you may think it’s really big but in reality its just thinly sliced. Also no taste at all!! For 278 pesos again there are a lot more ramen shops that offer better tasting ramen. The chicken karaage was good for its price it gives about a total of 5 pcs. For 230 pesos. (I had the airpods pro case for scale) Overall review I wouldn’t recommend eating ramen here its just bad at best.

I ate at this ramen restaurant, and it was an offense to Japan and all Japanese people. The food was disgusting.. it was one of the worst and most disgusting ramen I've ever tasted. The pork was cooked well but then ruined with an overly sweet sauce, which is illegal to put in ramen in Japan. The broth seemed instant, like something you would get at a convenience store. The noodles were terrible; the whole experience was truly awful. It was my worst ramen experience ever. I made a mistake walking into this place without checking the reviews, and in the end, I found a nasty surprise. I will never go back.

We came at 2pm on Monday. Their main Ramen Ajitama Tonkatsu was not available cos they run out of eggs. Asked waitress if can replace the eggs with Chashu instead? Her reply No, the entire dish not for sale cos no eggs. Poor service, they run out of eggs during lunch hour.

So ordered 1 Black Garlic Tonkatsu and 1 gyoza.

The Black Garlic Tonkatsu didn't taste like authentic Japanese Ramen - soup was too sweet, and the noodles is like HK wantan mi, not Japanese Ramen. Not recommended.

Gyoza is pretty good.

Service charge is 10%.

Not coming back.

Updated: 3 hours after the Ramen meal, my son and friend who ate the Black Garlic Tonkatsu felt sick and started vomiting. Luckily I am okay cos I had the Gyoza.

I dined here with my dad for lunch. Firstly, we weren't assisted when we arrived. Secondly, we received cold water when we asked for hot water. Thirdly, my dad received the wrong order but we decided to ignore it since we didn't want to inconvenience to employees.

I did not appreciate how the employees kept entertaining foreigners waiting inline over customers dining in. When I asked for the bill, I was ignored by several employees and that irritated me. None of them apologized for the slow service.

Despite the food being average, I will not be returning to this restaurant as the service is terrible.

Please try not to entertain more customers than you can handle. It really decreases the service...
