I've waited all my life for something like this. Prior to the construction of this, buses going south would wait along EDSA underneath the MRT Ayala Station. It's dark, super polluted, scary, stressful..and sometimes, it takes forever to get a ride home. But since One Ayala became operational, life has been wonderful for everyone, especially those from the south. It's connected to the MRT Ayala Station. As you get off the train, you just walk straight to One Ayala, then take the escalator straight to the bus interchange at the ground floor. Buses wait in line in an orderly and systematic fashion. They wait for only 15 mins. No need to wait for so long because they never run out of buses. At first, it was just that, and it was already a huge convenience for us. But when One Ayala became fully functional, they now have office spaces in their corporate tower. The mall side of it has a lot of good food places..pretty posh ones. Good for meetups. There are branded stores and activity places. Then at the lower ground where the bus interchange is, there are convenience stores and food stalls for snacks. In the basement, there are budget food stalls, banks and other establishments. There's a grocery, too. There are jeepney terminals at the lower ground. The walkway connecting to MRT Station and the overpass along Ayala Ave would make you feel like you're at the airport. There's also a connecting path to Glorietta. And there are so many restrooms with so many cubicles. And they're all CLEAN! I super love this place. Great job, Ayala!!!
UPDATE I like that there are multiple entrance and exit doors. However, there are no security officers for the exit doors. Some people just enter through the exit doors. Are you...

One Ayala Mall is a shopper's paradise, made even more accessible by its dedicated transport terminal. Getting there is a breeze, with various transportation options readily available [MRT 3, Bus, Jeepney, Taxi, MotorTaxi, or other transport service]
However, a minor inconvenience lies in the restrooms, which unfortunately lack bidets. This oversight can be a bit uncomfortable, especially for those accustomed to this hygienic practice. Not only is it cost effective to have a bidet, but it also saves paper towels, which is eco-friendly and cost effective.
Pros:
Convenient transport terminal: Easy access for all. Diverse shops and dining: Plenty of options to choose from. Clean and well-maintained: Pleasant shopping environment.
Cons:
Lack of bidets in restrooms: A minor inconvenience.
Overall:
One Ayala Mall is a great place to shop and dine. The dedicated transport terminal is a major plus, but the absence of bidets in the restrooms is a small drawback.
Recommendation:
If you're looking for a convenient shopping destination, One Ayala Mall is worth checking out. Just be prepared for the...
Read moreI've visited the place twice already, first time we dined outside because we were told all the tables inside were already reserved. Staff was hospitable and gave us water and complimentary bread while waiting for our orders. Food was great and served in generous portions. Plus, we were able to enjoy 50% because of their credit card promo. The second time we visited we were seated inside, again food was great, but staff is not that attentive. We were not given complimentary bread like before, while the other table has, and also we have to call their attention to refill the cucumber lemonade, which we didn't have to do on our first visit. The second time we visit was not a rush hour, so I wonder why staff was not that attentive. Also, when we asked for our cake to be served the manager took away our plates without asking if we were finished, my friend still has 5 pieces of chicken satay she wanted to eat. Anyway, I would still go back to eat since food was great, maybe staff was just preoccupied with some things on their mind on our...
