The waiter jc is not good service ! we ask him if they can make the happy birthday song to my grandmother hindi po wla po kami ganun dto. Then we tell to the manager Thank god are request granted! Pag tapos namin mag celebrate ng birthday ng grandmother ko we give jc a tips but he is not happy for the tips he did not say anything or maybe thank you maam sir come again ! And na ubo lang ako parang akala mo my corona ako naka mask nmn ako super layo sya ang oa nya so maarte i am so irritated to him ! I don't want to come back again not good service! Jc waiter is not good sorry to say!!! Dont go here!!! The birthday cake its like backery its not good don't other the cake it like 500pesos plus but you eat like 200pesos plus cake only...

Max is a local Filipino favorite but I find it quite hit or miss. I tend to enjoy the unbreaded fried chicken the most.

Hits: +The quality of the chicken was excellent and not overdone (although it is quite plain and begging condiments). +The soup was flavorful. +Easy to park +Fast service +Above average ambiance

Misses: -The side of 'fries' were definitely overdone and had a very hard. -I wasn't a big fan of the upsold cold lumpia with nut sauce, it just wasn't to my palette at all. -The wait staff forgot multiple elements of my order(some items were never received[caramel bar?] ) some came after prompting [drinks]. -the table was not cleared at all for the duration of my stay.

I believe our incident was an isolated case, we ordered pork sinigang and it came with a long strand of hair, we immediately called the attention of the staff. Also they were not aware of their products since I am allergic to shrimp. My wife asked if the lumpiang sariwa contained shrimp, the server informed us there was none. I took one bite and tasted shrimp, my wife checked her lumoiang sariwa and it indeed had shrimp. Hopefully management will address...
