Purple Oven at Legazpi Village — Restaurant in Makati

I went today at lunch time to buy ensaymada. I was supposed to buy only 4 ensaymada but I was encouraged by the sales lady to buy 6 so It will be boxed. I was asked if I want to avail an eco bag for PhP50 to which I declined. I paid then another sales lady by the name of Jovelyn took over to assist me, as I saw her putting the ensaymada directly in the box without individually wrapping it, I asked her if it was possible to have the ensaymada wrapped individually, to which she replied possible but with a poker face and seems irritated. She doesn't seem fit to work in a customer service related tasks. After individually wrapping the ensaymada, she gave them to me without the box, I told her that the reason why I bought 6 is because of the box but she said without any remorse that because I asked to have them individually wrapped the box will no longer be provided and that I should buy the eco bag. I asked if I could talk to the store Manager to which she responded there was none and that I can call the office if I have any concerns. My goodness, for such an expensive product, your customer service sucks! You only think of what you could gain from your customers. I recently received my order through the courier I booked, but I am quite disappointed with the lack of eco-friendly bags from your store. Even though you don't provide delivery services, you should at least offer eco bags for walk-in customers. It's unreasonable to expect customers to carry a cake box without any proper handling, like strings or a bag for security. I remember your store used to have purple eco bags. You could have at least offered one to me or the delivery rider, even if it came with an additional charge. I was also informed that your office ran out of ecobags. If this was already an issue, strings could have been an alternative.

Good taste of bread but the staff seem like she only wants to serve foreigner, but ignore local or non-look-a-like white. We could clearly see that why we walked in and noticed there were already a guest and he's Westerner, and the staff totally treated us differently. In stead of warmly welcome like what she did with others guest, she refuse to help even a smallest require from us like put two bread in one bag, which can help to save 1 bag and less trash for environment !!! Thats how crazy we're being racist by our own people like that, and we'll never come...
