KL Executive Greenbelt (KLX) — Hotel in Makati

Recent weekend experience was astounding as we checked in at KL EXECUTIVE GREENBELT and booked 1 Queen Executive Room at 10D unit. We were met by Joven at the lobby with a warm welcome as we headed to our room without waiting for check in at the reception. This was a very convenient way. ||Upon entering the room, We were impressed and amazed as room was spacious and clean. Design was minimalist with aesthetic interior furnish with Sofa Bed, Queen Bed, Office Table and 2 seater Dinning Table, Also noticable was the Smart TV , Quiet Cool Aircon, Mini Ref which includes freebies at the mini bar. Cooking and Kitchen Utensils were also provided. Bed was soft and comfortable, Sheets were clean and fresh, Pillows were fluffy and abundant, The comfort room has hot and cold shower, strong water. Toiletries and Fresh towels were also included.||In this Hotel, they also have amenities which you can enjoy like the swimming pool, sauna, gym and a restaurant at the ground floor. Parking were also free and arrange with convenience. Within the vicinity, you can also enjoy walking at the park and a few distance at the Greenbelt Mall. ATM and 711 is just around the corner. Also on Sundays, there is a Legazpi Market nearby which sell food and delicacies.||To finalize my review, our stay at KL Queen Executive was Amazing. From the comfortable accommodations and convenient location to the attentive service of Joven and the hospitality of Mr. Andrew (the owner), this property truly exceeded our expectations. An Excellent place for Business travelers. Firstly, my trip from the Airport to KL Executive was really FAST. From Terminal 1, the shuttle took the skyway and we arrived within 20 min. to be in the Middle of Makati City. Wonderful!!! Really appreciated the Greenery fronting the Property and most important is the Room. It is very CLEAN. It feels like a 5 Star Room under a Serviced Residence Category. The Movies are Free and the Surround Sounds is addictive.... The internet was surprisingly FAST. I have been travelling to Makati for 5 years now and this is the BEST Place I have ever Experienced for my Work... Thank you so much Dess and Joven for giving me such a warm welcome.For Food, the Restaurant on the Property, Nono's serves good pastries and very fresh Western Selection. I also tried the Japanese Restaurants near Pasong Tamo. it was really value for money compared to Greenbelt Area. I appreciate the location for allowing me to walk and explore different...

Strange experience overall. I booked one night and was surprised to find out on arrival that the sauna and spa are closed on Mondays for cleaning — something not mentioned in advance. While I appreciated being allowed early check-in, I was asked to pay a €50 cash deposit in the room despite booking through Booking.com. To access the balcony, I even had to sign a waiver, which felt unnecessarily strict.

The room itself was beautiful and high quality, no complaints there. But there was major construction inside the building, the elevator was extremely hot and smelled bad, and no breakfast was included. Gym and spa were not usable, and overall the vibe was strange and uncomfortable.

And to top it all off, a power saw started running right outside the door in the morning — not exactly the relaxing stay I had in mind.
