Binalot — Restaurant in Mandaluyong

Ordered bangus. Served to me after 30 mins because the lady cashier failed to endorse and make a follow-up with the kitchen crew. Asked the cashier why it was late and she said, "hindi pa daw mainit ang mantika". The lady cashier did not say sorry or apologize. In addition, the employees were talking (very loudly) about their personal lives not to mention they were at work and we (their customers) were there.

The service standards of this restaurant are obviously poor.

I was passing through the area looking for a place to dine in. I reached the vicinity of California Garden Square and saw the number of food places available.

During pandemic, most of the orders are now done via delivery so fortunatrely, they now allow dine in, albeit for fully vaccinated individuals only.

Servings may be smaller than some, but price is reasonable and taste splendid. Pinangangatawanan talaga nila yung pagbalot with leaves up...

During my recent visit, I noticed that the dining staff seemed understaffed — there was only one cashier who also had to serve, and one cook in the kitchen. Because of this, service was slow and the staff appeared overwhelmed. Unfortunately, the food quality was also affected. I hope management can look into improving staffing and support, as this will greatly enhance both service efficiency and food...
