We dined in and sat at the ground level because going up the stairs of the resto was not an option for my mom who has hard time walking. Anyway, since they have customers dining the staff should be careful about the way they talk towards their staff as one of them, a woman was really irritated and angry and annoyed we can hear how she is really having a bad day and just screaming to the people in the kitchen. She was a wait staff I guess. Her screaming triggered my daughter with autism who started crying and getting irritated as well (she mirrors bad attitude). So it was really not a great dining experience. Next time if there are customers dining and can overhear everything tone done a bit . I know being a wait staff is not easy and probably she was tired but she could have been mindful because we are also bitting in with what she was saying because all we hear was her complaining.

Meanwhile, kitchen did well because our food is great inspite of the scolding from their wait staff. Good job...

Food was actually not bad. Some items on the menu can be a little too salty like the Katsudon but for the price, it’s good band for your buck. Personally loved the Spicy Pork Ramen—for only P289 broth was rich, it had a multitude of ingredients albeit the noodles not being the best. But for the price honestly, it was good. Also loved the volcano rolls, flavor was not bad even if it was so compact with rice.

Service was lacking—place was not busy when we arrived but our food took about 30mins to be served and the rest took about 10 more.

The place was also a little dark but still noticed that the place wasn’t up to our standards when it comes to cleanliness. Not too bad but just extra noticeable since we had a baby with us.

Will we go again? Yes—the food is perfect for family dining especially because of their portion sizes. Maybe try a different branch if cleanliness is a concern or bring your...

I was surprised to see this restaurant's low rating because it deserves a much more decent score.

The Food: The food offers great value. I ordered the miso ramen, which was good and worth the price. While the pork tonkatsu isn't the best I've had, it's fair for what you pay. The chashu rice, however, is excellent, especially considering its affordable price.

The Ambiance & Service: The ambiance is okay, though a bit too "extra" for my taste and the place is a little dim. The main issue, and likely the reason for the low ratings, is the service. The waiting staff are inattentive and slow, which is a shame because the kitchen chef is...
