They charge high fees without providing corresponding quality, offering extremely poor service. The ordering process and items are unclearly labeled, and the staff lacks knowledge about their own products.

Several items are missing from the product packages, yet they still charge the same fee without any alternatives or compensation. The beverage prices are surprisingly expensive, doubling the market value.

Furthermore, their broth is very mild and lacks flavor, almost tasteless. Even the spicy broth seems to consist of a pile of ordinary chili without much depth of spice.

The hot pot menu has a limited selection, and although the dining environment is relatively clean, the space is small. The seating arrangement in the restaurant is inappropriate, and despite having few staff members, the space feels cramped and oppressive. There are few choices for hot pot dipping sauces, and some items are not labeled.

I ordered the clear and spicy hot pot base for $350, their unlimited set menu, and a 350ml beverage. The total cost for one person was $1570.

Overall, it was not worth the expense, and I do not recommend it.

We went here for my husband’s birthday and at first we were excited to try the food. As soon as we sat down and were still choosing our orders, some customers had already started smoking. I tried to ignore it and continued ordering, hoping they would stop, but once we started eating they lit another cigarette. It wasn’t just one table two different tables were smoking, one with three people and another with one person. It seems like smoking here is treated as normal. My husband talked to the front desk about it, but nothing happened.
