Classic Savory - SM City San Lazaro — Restaurant in Manila

Classic Savory at SM San Lazaro. Nice renovated store. 01 Staff were attentive in welcoming of guests but when we were seated, no one handed a menu to us. 02 The food were delicious, not expensive and they don't charge service charge. 03 The ordered food were immediately served but they forgot to serve our cutleries and our drinks. 04 The ambiance of the store is nice and clean. Note: It is one of my favorite restaurant and I will come back and try their food again but I hope they will be more focus on attending the basic needs...

Zero stars... Irresponsible team/staff. Requested delivery of goods a day before on a time they have suggested they can accommodate. Followed up just before delivery time with a staff acknowledging. Come delivery time and an hour later. No delivery or feedback on status. How hard can responding to a...

Yesterday kumain kami dun nung umorder na kame diba sabi 20 mins ang serving napaka ganda ng mood ko as in pero pag magtatanong ako sa mga crew parang ikaw pa mahihiya mag as sa kanila then dumating na order namin matatapos na kame kumain wala pa rin yung iced tea nauna pang bigyan yung customer na halos kakarating lang then nakakailang follow up na kame 3 mga crew sa san lazaro parang tamad na tamad silang asikasuhin ka wala man lang ngiti ngiti jusko gets ko nama pagod per kahit nung paalis na kame hindi man lang nag thankyou mam ako na nagthankyou dun sa naka pwesto sa may door na nagtatake ng customer para sa reservation ng chair HAHAHAHAH itong branch lang ng classic savory ako naka encounter ng ganitong mga crew tatanungin hindi nasagit natango lang pakiayos ng service and isa pa pinag antay kame 20 mins sa food ni hindi man lang mainit...
