Jollibee SM San Lazaro — Restaurant in Manila

My visit to Jollibee at SM City San Lazaro left much to be desired. Despite the popular reputation of the fast-food chain, my experience fell short of expectations. The restaurant's ambiance was quite noisy and chaotic, which affected the overall dining atmosphere. The service was also lacking, with long queues at the counter and a disorganized system that led to frustration among customers.

Moving on to the food, while the menu boasted a variety of options, the quality was disappointing. The famous Chickenjoy lacked the promised crispy texture and was surprisingly greasy. The Jolly Spaghetti was overly sweet, almost drowning in a pool of sugary sauce that overshadowed any taste of the meat. The Palabok Fiesta had a peculiar aftertaste, indicating a lack of freshness in its ingredients.

On a positive note, the prices were relatively affordable, which is one of Jollibee's advantages. However, considering the overall experience, I left feeling unsatisfied and unlikely to return. Improvement in service efficiency, noise control, and maintaining the expected taste quality of their signature items is essential for Jollibee to regain its reputation at this...

Fast food, but I waited almost an hour for my order.

Service is so slow, with long queues, and the staff and crew are disorganized.

The restaurant is noisy, and the floor is dirty. I would rather eat at home than stay here.

I asked the staff to double-check my order. I ordered 8 pieces of chicken but only received 6 pieces. I should've checked it before going home.

kung may 0/5 stars lang, yun yung ilalagay ko eh. I do not recommend this jollibee branch. Sobrang bagal ng mga staffs kahit ang onti lang ng customers, inuuna ata chikahan ng mga cashiers kesa sa orders ng customers. Yung linya sa kabilang cashier nakakuha na ng limang customer, yung linya sa nasa pinaka left side, dadalawa palang dahil inuuna pakikipagchikahan sa kapwa cashier. Sinabihan ako if i can wait til 10 mins para sa order ko, so i wait tas biglang pagfollow up ko sa order ko, akala ko niluluto na lulutuin pa palang pala. JUST FOR ONE ORDER, i repeat, FOR ONE INDIVIDUAL ORDER. umabot na ng 1 hr wala parin. Siguro pati mga server nakikipag chikahan. Culture ata nilang mag kwentuhan kesa iserve order ng customers, hindi lang ako pati yung ibang customer na kasama ko, naiinis na rin. I really do not reccommend this branch. Kung malapit ka sa san lazaro, dun ka nalang sa jollibee branch ng tayuman or magmcdo ka nalang aabutin ka ng pasko kakahintay dito. Imbes na magawa mo pa mga kailangan mong gawin di mo na magagawa...
