Ambiance: We arew seated promptly during a weekday lunch, the restaurant boasts a clean atmosphere, with no issues concerning glassware or utensils. While the menu book shows some age, it's still usable. However, the inconvenience of a restroom under renovation led us to use a mall restroom on a different floor.

Service: The Service Call Buttons on each table were a welcome feature, and the attentive and fast service exceeded expectations. Dishes were served promptly during the lunch rush, and the absence of a service charge was appreciated.

Food: Rice portions were commendable, offering the best texture and size for the price among fast-casual restaurants. However, the Beef Oxtripe in Kare-Kare and Boneless Bangus Belly in Sinigang left an unpleasant aftertaste, suggesting inadequate cleaning of the tripe and the bangus. We ordered the standard-siz for all the entrees and they are suitable for 2-3 people but seemed pricey given the quality.

Slow service for food! We waited for our orders an hour and 15 minutes. The Dingdong's favorite meal set was our choice and extra order of fish and pork. We decided to just take out the super late orders. We were also ask to transfer to another table because an customer requested that two tables be combined. I think this is a violation of IATF rules. To make this situation worst, our drinks have floating plastics on it. We called the attention of the server. According to them, the extra plastic was part of ice tubes.
