Golden Fortune Seafood Restaurant — Restaurant in Manila

The taste of the food was average. Not worth its price. Service is poor and very slow, gave it 2 stars because there was actually only one waiter who accommodated us very actively without discrimination. The male crew was okay. The female manager was arrogant. One of the female crew who handled billings had an attitude. Most of them try to ignore customers and even their co-workers when being called for the former, it's like they don't want their jobs enough to keep them. They do try to be accommodating (because it's their job) but in our experience, we felt like they didn't want to serve us just because we looked and dressed simply. Our table wasn't that clean and dry. My plate actually had a ballpen on it and they still gave it to me. Not decent.

The ordered viands (curry and then spareribs after a 20-minute interval) were served first, dimsum came second, and rice came last. The curry had more potatoes and bell peppers than chicken.

Finally, the atmosphere. For me it was unwelcoming. Also, there were a lot of mosquitos. The place was air conditioned but still hot, especially at the spot...

Golden fortune is actually a good place to with your friends and family. I recommend that you go here either at 3 pm in the afternoon or 9 pm at night, since there is a promo during these times. It's totally worth it, considering how much money you can save, because of it. Also, i recommend the beancurd roll. They are the best out of all thw dimsum we ordered. The shrimp hakaw was pretty dissapointing though, so don't order it unless you want to give it a try. Also, if you aren't into oily foods, don't order the beef Brisket noodle, since I just relaized it was super oily when the soup cooled down. But if you want to order, go ahead, because i totally recommened it, just make sure to eat the noodles while it's still hot, since it becomes super oily when it cools down. Lastly, I enjoyed dining at this restaurant more, since they gave us free dessert after staying there...

No wonder this place is well visited because of their delicious authentic chinese food, Bit crowded maybe because its Eid holiday during my visit but good thing the place is airconditioned! I celebrate birthday eve here 28th of June 2023 and we received a nice service and treatment from their staffs. I love their beef brocolli, chapsuey, sweet and sour pork, rebusado, steamed pampano, fried chicken, assorted dumplings, yang chao rice , salted egg tofu and bean curd roll is a bomb!!! Their satee hotpot and first time ever their chinese style chicken feet. Thank you for free almond jelly too for dessert!!

Some menu are Affordable and some are pricy sad we didnt counted for promo time but the tastes are really worth the price also good thing that you can take home the left overs. Definitely going back here! Xie xie Golden...
