We love the cozy restaurant and it's sophisticated ambiance. The waiters and restaurant management are top notch! However the food simply did not meet our expectations, ok na sana ang mga timpla at lasa, but huge downer na matigas most ng mga meat esp Beef Callos, Salpicao, Meat carvings, even Seafood Pastel (Fish meat was also tough). Noticed there is no other seafood offered where there is shrimp (as compared to seen videos). Served only egg drop soup (sana mushroom or pumpkin or bulalo man lang). The fried appetizers are really blunt (pam parami lang, not worth to eat, matitigas rin). seemed like food served earlier were not newly cooked which really did not impress us at all.

On the bright side, we loved the fresh Tuna Sashimi, Baked Salmon (even if thinly sliced), my family loved their Pastas and Jambalaya rice, KareKare were delicious but Binagoongan Baboy is not. Free flow beverages with beer & some cocktails are a definite plus. The desserts are so so.. may display ng Putubongbong maker but not available for serving! Good thing they have Aice icecream. We brought cake and the waiters gave a joyful birthday song for my brother in law, which was nicely paired with the house brewed coffee.

The Manager was very kind to ask our honest opinion, hope ma-relay sa chefs and ma-improve nila for the future, esp their price is higher than the same level...

They have an ongoing promo on all RCBC credit cards (50% off), we informed them that we will avail such promo when we made the reservation. However, upon arriving, they said that they have this "terminal" issue and so credit cards are a no-no. We were still able to avail the promo but we had to pay in cash. Good thing I have cash on hand at the time. It would be a total disaster if I hadn't and we will be forced to look for another place to celebrate the birthday.

The overall atmosphere is superb, dim lights, not so crowded, they even hired a singer to serenade the guests. Being at a hotel, the place is clean and well-kept.

I have this feeling that they are so focused on the place that they forget to make their "buffet selections" delicious. Honestly, some of the food are already cold when we got there. Some are even near spoiled. Being a "buffet", you guys should really IMPROVE on the food that you are serving. This is the first time that we did not enjoy hotel buffet. Considering the few selection, and the "almost" spoiled and cold food we had, i can say that your buffet rates are way too overpriced. PLEASE WORK AND IMPROVE ON THIS.

will not come back and recommend, for now.

PS. The only meal that is worth trying when we visited is their KARE KARE. All others...

We booked a table here for the Late Lunch schedule and the Food Quality & Selections were bad.

I was Disappointed by their carving station. Their lone "Champignon Sauce" was literally just Mang Tomas. The meats were barely warm as well.

Almost everything that was not displayed on a covered tray was Cold.

The Ice cream for one, was never restocked. When we arrived, only 2 pieces were in the freezer.

The only thing that I actually liked was the Garlic butter shrimp and the Penne. The other items were either cold or not enjoyable at all.

The Makati branch was a bit better but this branch was just bad.

All their restaurants have good Interiors and courteous staff but they should focus on the most important aspect which is the Food.

For a price of 1499, this was NOT worth it at all. It was fortunate that they were offering half-off promos on credit cards but it still wasn't an enjoyable dining experience...

ILOS Home Buffet is the newest kid on the block, and you won't be let down. We celebrated my son's extended graduation celebration and my niece's birthday at the restaurant. As soon as you walk in, you'll be transported to a different world of fine dining buffet. The table settings are a mix of classic and modern , making you feel at home. The food is delivered superbly and is unbelievably delicious. The chef carefully selects each dishes using local ingredients. You have a choice of local and international cuisine. What more could you ask for from the staff with an exceptional service. For only PHP999 discount rate or AUD 27 per person, it was a true value for money. This is in contrast to several buffet restaurants in the Philippines that don't maintain the quality of the food, and I hope ILOS HOME BUFFET will remain in business in the future .Thank you

Our dining experience was disappointing. Despite specifically requesting shrimp to be added to the paella, our request was overlooked. The roast beef was left unattended and served cold, and the serving area appeared unkempt. The sushi section offered only one variety, which was quite limited. In contrast, the pasta section had an overwhelming number of options, around 6-7, which seemed unbalanced given the lack of variety elsewhere. Seafood offerings were subpar, and the dessert selection left much to be desired. The cakes lacked flavor, and there was no ice cream available. Additionally, the atmosphere was chaotic, with the venue being overly crowded and noisy, making it difficult to enjoy the meal.
