Pros: Comfortable bed and quiet room Has tv, ref, chair, floor mat, Wi-Fi, aircon, cold & hot shower, toothbrush & toothpaste, soap, shampoo Separate toilet and shower
Cons: Has deposit of 1,000 pesos for stained towel which let you know that they don't want you using them and makes me wonder if they wash them at all coz they are that concerned with stains No water dispenser (only 1 water bottle of 350ml per person per day). Np refill but if you request more, you must pay additional for each bottle Front desk doesn't explain all the policies and assumes you know everything already Guest are only allowed til 10pm Had to call front desk for every little thing like cups, chairs, soap and shampoo refills which is very inconvenient No breakfast meals provided No provided snacks and coffee No tissue in toilet No hair blower We stayed in a "quiet" room but there's still a little sound at night which makes me think if there are noisy rooms. Kaizen suites emphasized "quiet room" No sunlight so a little bit dark even in the morning The choice of lighting is either yellow or orange, not white which is very inconvenient for doing make up
Overall, good staff because i called them a lot, and good place...

I would give this...
