Jollibee — Restaurant in Manila

Jollibee is a place where you go for FOOD!!! I love their fried chicken, it's the best in the world I think. It's my usual cheat food. It's not too salty, the only problem is the oil, but you can burn that at the gym! Why I usually buy 2 buckets with 8pcs each. And the good thing is they have a promo of 2 free pieces with your 8-piece bucket! The only problem with Jollibee is service esp if the branch is in a mall. The management just need to tweak how their pos is done. I mean why not do it like Starbucks - do the sale first with the payments, and hand ppl their numbers. So they won't get stuck at the cashier causing traffic. So waiting in line for hours at lunch can be a problem. And I am...

It always a good feeling to eat and dine in Jollibee.

They have now the order machine now must be an advantage but as what I have seen it make long queue because the costumers are not used to but for sure they can go along with it.

The food is always a go to choice. They have chicken, spaghetti, burger, steak, fries, palabok is back. And Pepsi products fof drinks.

What they have to improve is their service as always. And the crew must be properly assigned to each post because there are moments that the Comfort room are not maintained to it's cleanliness since it operates 24 hours.

But I have to commend all the hardworking student crew who serves...

Last night using the Jollibee app, I experienced my worst Jollibee delivery with UNIVERSITY TOWER, Malate, Manila branch. Waited at the lobby for 1hr expecting that my order would arrive in about an hour but it took literally 2 hours for my order to arrive. Would've cancelled my order if I just wasn't hungry and desperate. And all I got was just a "sorry" with no other explanation when the branch called me. Beyond disappointed considering this branch is just LESS than 1 kilometer from my location. Never ordering from this branch again.
