We had a pretty big table of more than 10 pax when we visited. I can tell you it has not been a pleasurable experience for us. The staff were all confused, the manager has a short temper and very little knowledge of the products being served, they even brought out plates that we did not order and served all of it incompletely. The cashier managed to repeat the order to us correctly (you have to pay at the counter like in mcdonalds/jollibee) but still somebody in there managed to get 3 to 4 of our orders WRONG.

Never going back there, I'm not even sure if we paid the right amount now, none of the staff including the rude female manager knows what they were holding in their trays, it was complete chaos.

Also, they were stocking their stuff close to the walkway to the restroom, doesn't look sanitary to me

Food was great as it was served hot. The area is big although it is quite jampacked for me as there are a lot of tables and chairs, which is good in accommodating a huge dining crowd.

I find that the line can sometimes be long due to the fact that there are only 2 counters. However, they can be quite accommodating with dining requests.

They changed their gravy holder/container. Before, it was small like Jollibee's. But now, it is a little bit bigger. Still not enough for gravy addicts, but you can always request for more gravy from their staff.

They also have their own restroom. It is also spacious and cleanliness is quite so-so.

But the best thing about this resto is their staff. They are nice and even the guard helps in...
