the crew are very insensitive when it comes to assisting customers. We waited for about an hour for our food. So i decided to check the status of our order. my son also checked the status twice but still no food is served. As i watched the cashier giving orderd for the new customer, I got confused. how come that new orders are being served while ours is not. I asked the cashier and she replied with slight anger. she said this is your food. it was here a while ago, they called your number earlier but you didn't take it. my answer was yes, i have never seen that. is this my order? no way... i know what i ordered so i didn't pay attention to what was on the tray because our drinks were not ice tea i said sprite. then what was the meal in the bowl? i didn't order anything like that. tapoa if they weren't so indifferent, the sundae order was already gone. if only they thought that the food had been there long enough they would have come up to call our attention or brought it to our table. Crew did not even bother to assist us even though we are the only customer in line. He prioritize first the table and chairs even when there is no customer inside. He punches the wrong order and when voiding the order he put the blame on me, (did not say anything since I've been a crew before, managers do not scold customers but for sure they can with the crew 9reason why I did not speak though he is blaming me))

When he finished the order he just put the order on the counter, did not even bother to tell us that it's done. I have no idea since they did not provide me any number, no notification like electronic something that could make me aware that the order is done. Got my order and check it out, and no ketchup in the plastic, I stormed in inside and ask for it, shouldn't it be automatic to put ketchup if there is a fries in the meal?
