I don't usually give bad feedback to McDonald's because they have a good service and of course good meals. But having my meal in McDonald's particularly at P. Campa, I do not like how one of their cashier there treats the customer (especially if it's a student). I just had a bad experience a while ago when my classmate and I went to order there and it just so happened that the cashier lady was so rude with her actions and how she responded with me and my friend. First, I asked if the 2 pcs. mushroom pepper steak was allowed when claiming a happy meal. She moved her head from side to side, to show in disagreement. So I asked the cashier lady what meals they only have for the happy meal. She responded with no specific details and a bad attitude. "Burger, nuggets, chicken." I asked her how much it was (tbh I was confused if these were all in one meal).She responded with, "ano ba order niyo?"
I could not see the menu clearly because of my "slight" bad vision, so my friend had to just say my order to the lady without telling her whether it's a cheeseburger or burger mcdo --CUZ AGAIN, I DID NOT KNOW WHAT THE MEALS WERE. The lady was not clear with her details.
I believe when your customer is having a hard time reading the menu or basically do not know what the meals are, it is the duty of the cashier lady/guy to give them the details so that the customers would be guided. I lost my mood when that happened and just couldn't eat because I was frustrated by how their staff acted.
Another complain was when I was at the other side, waiting for my order, it was my friend's turn to give her order to the same lady in the cashier. I observed how this girl talked and again, she had a bad attitude and face reaction. When my friend and I were at the table and just finishing our food, she told me her concern. My friend's concern was, she had the wrong order: wrong food and wrong drinks. Mainly because the cashier lady didn't even bother to ask my friend what she really wanted, she even went straight up by just telling my friend the price of the meal. "89 lang po."
I can't get over with it so I planned to address it to the manager as early as possible. In no time, while eating, the manager was near from where we were, fixing tables. I couldn't help but call the manager's attention and bring up the problem to her. I am just thankful the manager was there to listen and asked for my name. I showed her my ID and she told me that my complain will be addressed and used as a feedback.
I don't have the picture of the lady from the cashier, but I clearly remember how she looked like. Her height was average, not too thin and not too thick, she had a dark skin and a REALLY BAD...
Read moreI ordered online, for pick up..of course hoping for less hassle and not having to be in line for a long time.
I arrived past 15 minutes after ordering.. I asked the cashier if my order was available, she just shouted to the kitchen crew but no one answered. She didn't attempt to ask again.
I waited for yet another 15 minutes...total of 30 minutes for a supposed pre ordered meal.
Now when I received my order, it was damn COLD. Meaning it was prepared minutes ago. I know I am not the only customer BUT just so you know, there was no line during the next 15 mins that I've waited.
