McDonald's SM San Lazaro — Restaurant in Manila

Number system on the screen obviously is broken yet they still open the screen and cause people to cram over the counter despite the tellers call numbers ready for pick-up. while in line I've heard customers complain.their food like the burger doesn't have an onions, the chicken curry doesn't have its sauce, take outs doesn't have enough cutleries, double cheeseburger with only one cheese. The Mcdo app is offline for earning points yet can still read/redeem some orders from it, which I find very fishy. Back part of the resto isn't clean, floor is sticky and tables are wet. Cockroach crawling over the seat is the final draw to go away. I used to love this branch but obviously it is not taken care...
