Rating: ★★★★☆
I recently dined at Ramen Nagi in Robinsons Manila, and I must say the food was absolutely delicious. The star of the show was, of course, the ramen. The rich and flavorful broth, the perfectly cooked noodles, and the customizable toppings all made for a truly delightful dining experience. The flavor explosion in my mouth was unforgettable, and I will definitely be back for more of their fantastic ramen.
However, I can't give this restaurant a perfect score because the service was a bit of a letdown. It's evident that they prioritize the quality of their food, but the same attention to detail doesn't seem to extend to their customer service. The staff seemed overwhelmed and understaffed, leading to long wait times to place our order and even longer for our food to arrive. This made the overall dining experience less enjoyable and left us feeling a bit frustrated.
Adding to the frustration was the noisy atmosphere. Ramen Nagi at Robinsons Manila can get incredibly crowded, and the close seating arrangement amplifies the noise level. Conversations from neighboring tables and the sounds of clattering dishes make it challenging to have a peaceful, relaxed meal. If you're looking for a quiet, intimate dining experience, this may not be the place for you.
In summary, Ramen Nagi at Robinsons Manila offers some of the best ramen I've ever had, but it comes at the cost of a somewhat lackluster service experience and a noisy atmosphere. If you're willing to overlook the service hiccups and the noise for the sake of amazing ramen, it's still worth a visit. Just be prepared to be patient and perhaps consider dining during off-peak hours for a more...

Ramen Nagi has been existing for some years already but still you need to wait to get a seat...this means only that the place has been consistent with its flavor and service the reason why people still love to crowd here.
Just when you thought that ramen wil be another Filipino foodie fad (like shwarma, lechon manok and the likes) but like milk tea it seems that this will linger for quite.some time.
Of course the best seller here is the ramen. So satisfying that the recipe is so guarded that you can't order take out...even a drop of it. Customers are given the free hand to create the ramen you want...so if it goes wrong, no one but you to blame...but there's always the chef's recommendation in case you want to play it safe or are too lazy to tick how you like your ramen served. Choose between the oridnary, the red, the black or the green and sink yourself in the flavor!
Gyoza is also a staple in case one big bowl of ramen cannnot satisfy your hunger. Latest addition is the matcha karaage...simply sumptuous!
Ramen Nagi has different seasonal offers aside from the popular standards. I hope to see and experience this place for a...
Read moreI have a bad experience in this Branch. The male staff that's serving the food has a bad attitude towards the costumers. I ordered 2 Butao's and 1 Chicken Karaage. When he serve us the 2 Butao's he didn't even tell us that the Chicken Karaage is not available. We waited for 10-15 minutes but nothing was served. We have to request a follow up order before he inform us that it is not available. He should've atleast inform us about it while we are thinking about what to order. Also my GF is asking me if I ordered Butao with Cabbage and I said yes. But this staff cut in to our conversation and told my GF that it was indeed cabbage he even told her in disrespectful manner in tagalog "Repolyo".
This staff guy is wearing glasses. I don't even know if he is really a guy or not. Such a bad experience and so dissappointed. I worked as a service crew in a fast food chain which is much busier (MI) that this food franchise and I didn't show this kind of attitude towards any costumers I have met. He should work on his manner. I'll never go again to this branch. Such a waste of time and money going here and having this kind of...
