Samgyeop Masarap — Restaurant in Manila

It was really a wrong decision to dine in this restaurant in San Lazaro branch. First, the service was not acceptable at all m, staff are all with the long face while serving you. Price is too high for a fatty meats. Chicken was not available but still you need to pay for the same price😏 and the disgusting thing is i found a cockroach crawling around our table. I informed one of the staff (fat lady) but it seemed she doesn’t care at all. I’ve asked to call the manager but there was no action and it’s shows that she doesn’t care as well. Manager just explained due to pest control🙄 and all the staff were laughing behind us after the incident. we asked to transfer to another table but again I found cockroach. 🌸Food - Craving for samgyup? I definitely like this place. This is budget friendly restau which offers really tasty meat. Though the chicken was not available when we went there, the pork and beef was good anyway. the beef was my fav 💟 The side dishes didn't fail me. My fav was the 'sweetened dilis' and fish cake. Though they offer fewer side dishes compared to other place. 💮Staff/service - came here to celebrate our birthdays with my workmates,they have this 'pakulo' to play happy birthday song and the staffs are going to sing as well. Poor customer service, staffs are not friendly, not smiling and not attentive. We have to call them from time to time for our needs/orders. I dunno if they are understaff or they just don't practice proper customer service. They serve one serving at a time for 4 persons ( 1 serving of lettuce, 1 seeving of diff meats, etc) so we need to call them from time to time once we finished consuming the foods.
