My partner and I ate here for the 1st time on July 2nd week. The restaurant has 3 floors. The ambience on 3rd floor was just okay. There was a designated waitress at each floor so service was fine. We ordered the following dishes:

Sincerity fried chicken - 3 stars. I think this is overhyped or the cooking just changed. I was disappointed on this because the flavor was bland. The reviews say that it was 'to die for' or it was so flavorful. I barely tasted the spices and marinade that i was expecting for. It was crunchy on the outside and juicy inside, but that's it.

Sincerity fried rice - This is like a normal fried rice we can cook at home but it's better to partner with the fried chicken.

Fried oyster cake - 2 stars. We didn't like it. The malagkit ingredient was weird and medjo malangsa daw sabi ng partner ko.

Kikiam - 4 stars. It was good. This is the only dish that tasted like an authentic Chinese cuisine.

Garlic spinach - 3 stars. Nothing special about this. It's okay to partner with a meat because it's vegetables. The taste was nothing flavorful.

Honestly, I think it's better to look for other Chinese restaurants because I didn't experience the authentic Chinese flavor on most of the cuisines, except for the kikiam. I think it is just overhyped, or they change their cook so the food is no longer as it used to be.
