Take with a grain of salt as I was here more for takeout than dine-in. Experience may vary!

Came here as I had to attend to something in the area and needed a quick bite. Seeing that there were sandwiches, I looked to eating it. Asked the staff if it would be a quick prep and they said it was so on I went.

Challenges I had here:

1. Menu vs Display Price: When I saw the menu price, it was more expensive than what was displayed. Bothered me as I already found the display price a bit steep and asked the staff about it. Took around 3mins to get an answer. A manager or someone who seemed more senior had to step in.
2. Prep time: Took longer than expected. When I asked about how long the sandwich would take, they said it wouldn’t take much time at all as they just have to get the sandwich from the display and serve it. However, after waiting a few mins, I asked to have it changed to takeout. Was confused why it was taking a while and they said it was being plated. I get the importance of plating but at the same time my expectations were managed it would be quick and that my asking if it would be quick would signal to the staff to act with a bit more urgency.
3. Food quality: Granted, sandwiches may not be their forte given they are more pastries, but that sandwich was tough to eat. The top bread was hard to chew through and the cold cuts made it hard to chew pieces, it was like you had to eat the entire piece. This was supposed to be a quick bite yet because of that I skipped out on eating it as it took more time than expected and proceeded...

Their selection of bread, cakes, and sandwiches is great. The coffee taste is on the ordinary side, nothing special, but the place is cozy and comfy, and the prices are kind of normal not so high not so low, justiffy hotel prices. For example, a slice of bread is 100+ and a cake is 150+, but look at it. Can you even eat it because it's so beautiful?

Accept cash and cards. I dunno about the parking; maybe if you check in, the hotel is free.

Got my birthday, blueberry bread here, when I checked-in on the hotel. It's on the ground floor and near firehouse pizza. Place is cozy and the breads and pastries are of good quality.

Even if you have not eaten them for 3 days, they still taste good, soft and not dry. Their coffee Americano also, tastes just right and not so strong. My preferred taste, of course. I sure want to try their other meals, but didn't get the opportunity. But will sure to try again,...
