Manam Comfort Filipino offers a delightful selection of classic and innovatively twisted Filipino dishes. The restaurant successfully captures the essence of Filipino home-cooked meals, providing patrons with a truly authentic and satisfying dining experience. ⭐️8/10
House Crispy Sisig: This is widely acclaimed as the best in town, and it sure is! ⭐️10/10
Pancit Bihon: Bursting with mouthwatering flavors, and generously portioned. Personally, I'm not a fan of liver, so I had to inspect the dish before eating it just so I wouldn't eat any. Overall, still a ⭐️9/10 for me.
Overload Garlicky Chicken and Pork Adobo: An absolute delight for the senses. The chicken and pork were cooked to perfection, retaining a delectable tenderness and juiciness. The garlic was the true hero of the dish, providing an incredibly fragrant and robust flavor profile that permeated every bite. While I typically prefer my adobo to have a bit more sauciness, the preparation here was still immensely enjoyable and showcased the dish's classic flavors beautifully. This is a must-try for any adobo enthusiast. ⭐️9/10
Bagoong Rice: The dish lacked the bold, pungent flavors I had expected from the bagoong (fermented shrimp paste) - it was barely perceptible. The overall preparation felt overly simplistic, with the rice coming across as greasy and one-dimensional. This is certainly not a dish I would consider a best-seller. If the flavors were more pronounced and the execution more refined, it could potentially be an enjoyable offering. As it stands, I would not recommend the Bagoong Rice based on this particular...
Read moreIt was our second time here. We came back because we really enjoyed it the first time we ate here. The food was great and the staff were very nice. One of our favorites is Salmon Head Sinigang. See, the first time we came here, we didn't know that they would give you more broth for the Sinigang. They just poured more broth in our bowl without us even asking. Now, I didn't pay attention to how many times they poured us more broth, but the impression we got was that you can just ask for more broth anytime, no limit.
So, in our second time here, we ordered the same Sinigang dish. Everything were good until we asked the staff if they could give us some more broth for our leftover that we were taking home.
See the first time we ate here, we asked for the same thing and they said no problem. But this time, they said they couldn't give us more broth for our leftover because they could actually only refill our bowl "once" throughout the whole meal.
So, I thought, okay. I'm not gonna beg or argue over some more broth. But the thing is, when we asked the person who was clearing our table, she said sure, no problem. But when I reminded another person about the broth in case they forget, she said that they could only give one refill.
So, was the first person we asked new and didn't know this "new" policy? I don't know. But it would be nice if they would all communicate to each other about their policies so customers won't get one answer from one person and a different one...

Small Palabok Small Kare kare with Oxtail Medium Flying plapla (pero Tilapia siya) Small Gising gising Small rice = 1.5 rice
Sending in your order: Food came in all together. Except for the sauces that come with the palabok. It took them perhaps less than 5 min to bring.
Price: The price point is very good. Affordable
Servings: If you're ordering multiple viands and you're just a small group small size is fine (unless pangmalakasan ang kain perhaps get the bigger servings) Based on our experience small can cater two pax while medium caters at least 3-4 pax.
Taste & presentation Palabok: It looks interesting as to presentation & with the waiter putting in the sauce and mixing it as well it saved us time 😂✌️ But I prefer the customer doing the work because it adds fun and engagement. Perhaps there's an option for the customer to ask the waiter to do it for them or customer diy
Kare kare: It's okay. Nothing really unusual and exciting. It has less green. More of eggplant kind of kare kare. You can see grabules of peaanutes when you mix which isnt really bad.
Gising gising: Im used to seeing sitaw bagui for Gising Gising but this time they used sigarilyas. It tastes good and has a hint of spice. Loved it.
Tilapia: Was dry, not crunchy and didnt taste anything different. It was bland.
Ambiance was ok. The place is clean.
Services: Ang hirap nila tawagin. Hehe pero kapag may matawag ka naman theyll come and serve you what...
