This is my second bad experience ordering from this branch through Grab Food Delivery, but only writing a review now because I believe they still havent upped their service. I ordered food for my brother and I so we can have an early dinner after online classes. Our order arrived on time, safe and sealed (so thank you Grab for that.) First problem was the fries, no option to get a large so we were forced to order a regular size, the fries were stale and hard. You just know that that was an old batch or was simply old and left out from the state of the fries. Next was the peach mango pie, also with stale crust and the filling was cold, probably an old batch again. Last was the chick'nwich, the was an odd smell from the chicken fillet and underneath the bun was a bit of white powder that was obviously not flour. I called Jollibee hotline and shared my experience, I was told that they will file a report and I should expect a call from this branch within the hour. It has been 14hours since and still no call from this branch and its management. I have thrown the food away and I feel like I have my wasted money once again ordering from this branch. Hopefully you see this and decide to finally contact me. I would hate to find out that there are other who have gone through the same service and have wasted their hard...
Read moreThis the first time I am reviewing for Jollibee... i love Jollibee, but the service crew here in Northgate Fastbytes branch specially Amber was rude. The crew wasn't welcoming. What is really upsetting was, i was trying to be nice... since upon paying we used gcash app but it was pulling up so slow, i said "just a minute its not loading" i tried to offer holding the terminal but instead of asking nicely not to do it, she just pulled it away as if i will steal the thing! She did not bother saying anything... i was waiting for her to say something... but nope! She didn't care at all! Anu ba namn ung "Mam d po pede, ako nlng po hahawak" instead of making her customer feel offended! She is so UNPROFESSIONAL! I politey said I don't want ice. The cashier and the manager where smirking and whispering to each other in front of me. Again said it can't be done because of the presentation. I insisted I am the one drinking it and I don't care about the presentation. Finally they gave me the sarsi float and Ivan looked at me smirking. Is that a new manager at Jollibee?
