KFC — Restaurant in Muntinlupa

Hi, I just wanted share my very dissatisfying experience with one of your staff today around 9:05-9:30 PM. I was not able to capture the name of that staff since she does not wearing a name plate, she is wearing gray polo shirt with black apron. She was the one who took my order and address me "Sir, ano pong order nyo?" and I was like "Did she just mistakenly address me as a man?" I tried to pause waiting for her to correct herself but she didn't so I tried to let it go, however from the time that my order is ready she keep yelling "sir" "sir" "sir" and I intentionally not to look to make her realize that I am not a man but instead she clapped as like I was like one of your staff and keep yelling "sir" and that is the time that I got furious and told her "Eh hindi kase ako sir eh, kanina ka pa"

I just felt that KFC is not a safe place to dine, because your staff quickly assume that I am a man just because I have a short hair, but then again this is not because of my hair and I know a lot of people who has short hair and yet being addressed properly. I can not tolerate SEXUAL...

Food: It's not cook properly, is that even fresh? Service: Please add a food server, your crew is only one for serving and got confused for all orders. Mine was forgotten, if I didn't ask. I wouldn't be able to eat. Atmosphere: Aircons are not working. You know that on this months, it's so hot. Your environment is much more hotter...

Would have been a perfect alternative specially during the wee hours or lunch time for BPO employees around the area, only if you accept e-wallet as payment; or even cc/dc.

Unfortunately, the nearest ATM machine is about 10 mins walk and if you decide to withdraw, then you'll have other food establishment to...
