CK DD MERIDIAN — Restaurant in Pasay

Sobrang BULOK! There were literally only 2 tables occupied. One group was even done eating. I wanted a quick takeout. Since Jollibee (isa pang bulok) nearby had a long confusing line, I decided to order 2 meals for takeout. It took them more than 10 minutes. If I had not called the manager's attention, it probably would've taken longer. I asked for no ice in one of the drinks. I ended up with just almost half a cup. What gives? The meal didn't even come with the chili garlic sauce which was why I ordered the chaofan in the first place. And no napkins! I don't get why they don't give out napkins automatically. Obviously utos ng management pero sino ba naman ang hindi kailangan ng pamunas...

Very poor service especially the cashier. She is impatient. She's trying and pushing you to order faster. After we have given our orders we decided to add 1 halo-halo but she said it is not available. When we went to our table we notice that some of the customers eating have halo-halo. So we ask the manager why is it not available and yet some of the customers have? He explained that maybe they are still doing portioning. What ever that means, we are willing to wait if only the lady cashier should have ask anyway we are still eating our meal. But I think the cashier and the manager is into a...

The cashier wanted you to order faster. They add on many drinks even if you did not order! In medium pa agad lahat! I think its already modus. They dont serve your order to your table as usual to fast food chains. They will call out your number and you have to pick it up. Just imagine those poor seniors or with disability to pick up their trays shaking. The ambience and temperature is bad.

I will definitely not go back here. Worst Chowking...
