Today, February 9, 2025, was my first time seeing this samgyupsal restaurant, and I wanted to give it a try. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.

Let's start with the food. They served the meat in small portions, and the side dishes were neither delicious nor appetizing. The area itself had issues as well—the exhaust fan was not working, forcing my friend to transfer to another seat due to the smoke.

The worst part, however, was the customer service. If negative ratings were possible, that’s what they would deserve. The staff barely paid attention to customer needs, took a long time to serve orders (despite having only a few customers at the time), and showed no enthusiasm in assisting diners. They didn’t even smile, making it seem like they weren’t happy to have customers at all. To make matters worse, they took away the menu after our second or third meat order (note that you can only order three types of meat per round, and the portions were still small) and never returned it.

Another major issue was the comfort room—it was unclean and lacked basic necessities like a bidet, tissue, and soap.

Overall, this restaurant had the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The poor service and lackluster food completely ruined my appetite, making it feel like a waste of money—especially since their prices are higher than other samgyupsal places. I don’t know if this is due to poor management (perhaps the staff is underpaid) or simply a lack of training, but either way, they are failing to provide quality service and food.

I will never visit this restaurant again, nor will I recommend it to anyone. I hope management takes this review seriously and improves...

We accidentally passed by this restaurant while looking for a decent place to have dinner on jan 1st. as expected, moa was packed with lot of visitors, but surprisingly, this restaurant wasn’t that crowded inside.

The distress started when we began to order. the staff? UNAPPROACHABLE and UNACCOMMODATING. You’d think that seeing a ‘10 PAX and 1 BABY’ would trigger some common sense to serve and assist us PROPERLY. but nope. all of the staff passed by repeatedly, yet not one noticed or bothered to ask if we needed anything or if the table was full of empty dishes. (self service ba to or what?? lol)

As for the food—oh, where do I begin? First, they didn’t even provide us with a full menu. Are we supposed to memorize what’s available or guess our way through dinner? Then comes the most iconic excuse of the evening: “Hindi pa po naka-marinate yung meat.” lmao what?? A restaurant that charges ₱650 per head but can’t manage to marinate their meat beforehand?

The experience was so bad that I now understand why this restaurant isn’t well-known—and honestly, it doesn’t deserve any hype. It was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. The food wasn’t worth the price, the service was nonexistent, and the whole ordeal was a complete waste of TIME and MONEY. But at least the rice and red tea (which tasted like sugar, to the point that i could barely taste the red tea) managed to fill me up, so congrats on...

One of the most immersive K-barbeque places I've been into. The interior design was so accurate in copying the style of modern ones in Seoul.

Regarding the food, it was nice and has a reasonable price considering that restaurants in MOA area has higher prices than regular ones found around the city. The meat was freshly cut, a reason behind a bit slower refill, but is better than pre-cut meat so it was worth the wait. Side dishes were good. There is no cheese included in the unlimited kbbq but it's fine since it's just kinda' a modern approach from the original, but would be great if added. They got softdrinks, soju, beer, and juice aside from their service water.

The best part would be the staff as they are so polite to the customers. They always seem to look for anyone trying to call them rather than you having a hard time trying to call the attention of one. Even after they got a request from one table, they are still willing to be called so that everyone's requests are served immediately. And despite all of those customers asking for refills, thay always carry a big smile which uplifts the mood of everyone.

The owner who was at the place was hands-on and shows great courtesy to the customers.

When we checked out, they were busy serving others so we waited a bit until one got into the cash register which showed the dedication of the staff.

Will definitely recommend and...
