Went for dinner with my family at Ramen Kuroda SM MOA on June 10, 2025. While waiting to be seated, a staff member took our orders. After a few minutes, we were seated near the entrance and started chatting while waiting for the food. We were already very hungry, and it took around 30 minutes for the food to arrive. Unfortunately, they forgot my father's order, so he had to wait another ~15 minutes. He's diabetic and needs to eat on time to prevent his blood sugar trom dropping, so my sister gave him her ramen (thankfully they ordered the same). When the food finally came, my sister started eating the ramen which was just been served only for us to see a COCKROACH walking across our table and around our plates! We were all in shock and immediately stood up. A staff member came to check, and a few seconds later the manager came and stepped on the cockroach. I asked them to replace our food, and it even took them several minutes to decide if they would actually do it. We completely lost our appetite and didn't finish our food. We believe that the cockroach came from the kitchen with the last ramen. As we were leaving, I paid the bill (yes, we still paid, and the lady manager came over to apologize-but also had the nerve to ask, "Sure po ba kayo na hindi sa table galing yung ipis?" Seriously?! Whether it came from the table or the kitchen, it's a HUGE hygiene and safety issue. That is not an excuse! Honestly, this was such a disgusting and disappointing experience. Management should take this seriously. We will NEVER eat at Ramen Kuroda again, and I do not recommend...

Read moreI had a horrible experience at Kyukyu Ramen 99 PITX branch. When I asked to take out my leftover ramen, the staff flat out refused, saying it’s their “company policy” that dine-in ramen can’t be taken out. First of all, that policy makes absolutely no sense and only leads to wasted food.
What made it worse is that the cashier didn’t even bother to mention this policy when I was ordering. Instead, they just pointed to the bottom of the menu board where it’s written in tiny letters something no normal customer would even notice. That feels like a cheap trick and a very poor way of handling customers.
The staff were rude, unprofessional, and clearly not trained to handle customers properly. And to top it off, the ramen wasn’t even good ,salty, overpriced, and definitely not worth it.
This place is a total waste of money. I will never come back, and I do not recommend...
