BAD EXPERIENCE. FIND ANOTHER PLACE.
I would like to share our Bad experience regarding how we were treated the last time we dine in at 4 season MOA Seaside branch. (October 2024)
We were charged for two extra person. But what we are complaining how they made us liars and swindlers. The front desk in charge blamed it all to us.
The exact number of people who were dining at that time were present and they still insisted that there were two extra persons.
They did not consider the FACT THAT THEY COULD HAVE CHARGE the wrong persons. We even demanded them to check ALL THE CCTV surrounded in our table. But in our dismay, they just stated that "we cannot confirm the identity of the persons". They made us as if we're swindlers/liars. We were insulted. We were embarrassed. We were professionals present there. Good for them this is the best we can do to complaint.
And i would like to ask the management how can they fix this kind of situation? (We paid the 2 extra person they charged us by the way.)
But how the situation was handled was really offensive. Never will i recommend this store to anyone.
Add: As of October 22, 2024 The branch called, and asked for apologies. Apologies accepted. we/I have no against with the food and the rest. Just how the situation was handled. It's always how you made people feel. And hope...
Read moreFood is plentiful for the pots full of uncooked things or the bland cooked varieties. The biggest issue is their inability to keep up with demand which I can only see as intentional. When there is that much cueing at a particular spot, like the tempura station, why does it take over 30 minutes to replenish? When you have lines around the corner of the station and people foregoing the tempura as there is no one attending the station, this should be very clear. Finding out that it is another vikings affiliated restaurant spells the reason why the service and availability of the most desired, requested for, and lined up for are the slowest and most poorly attended stations. This is not a value for money place, nor was it convenient or happy. This place is lucky to get the business it does when the other places are packed. They need to fix their offering and the availability of their offering. Being made to wait as long as I did and still not get any because as soon as any was ready, it was maybe enough for two of the 15 people in line. Ridiculous and quite irritating. Stay away from all Vikings affiliated restaurants. They are a waste of time and money, both seem very difficult to obtain and so easily squandered on a...
Read moreFirst time to dine in here to celebrate my Mom’s birthday. Came in with a total of 9 pax. Was hoping that there is a longer table that can accommodate all of us to dine together as a family, yet we got a separate table for 2 pax. Went to the reception desk 20 minutes after we came in to ask if they have a complimentary cake and a happy birthday song for our table. Wrote it on a paper so I thought in few minutes, some staff will come and join with us to sing a happy birthday song to my Mom.
Then we finished eating, there was no sign of any staff to accommodate my concern. Servers were just passing through us and when we were about to bill out, my cousin asked what happened with the complimentary cake and birthday song from the staff. And we were told that the time shift for the staff assigned to do the certain task already clocked out. Yet, when we were eating, some were still doing it for other tables. We were only told that the best they can offer is to play a happy birthday song.
Little things matters in the hospitality industry. Service and accommodation to welcome people in establishments will always give a remark to come back. Hope next...
