Gloria Maris really hit the spot for me! It’s one of those places that makes you feel good about choosing to dine out. The food was superb across the board. I mean, the Peking duck had the best texture I've ever had—crispy on the outside and just melt-in-your-mouth tender on the inside. The jellyfish juicy and tender and paired well with the black vinegar.

Their specialty deep-fried shrimp was another highlight. Each bite was crispy and so flavorful—it's something I would go back for in a heartbeat. The radish cakes were soft and yummy, exactly how you'd want them. The dim sum also did not disappoint; it was soft, tasty, and really filling.

I love Gloria Maris, but this was the worst experience I’ve had, especially at this branch. They served us raw duck, and when we asked them to cook it properly, they returned it with fewer pieces. They claimed the duck had shrunk, which is impossible because we ordered a whole duck. Additionally, they charged us 50 PHP for chili sauce without informing us beforehand—this is the first Chinese restaurant we've experienced that charges for chili sauce.

The cold cuts served were not the usual ones—there was tofu instead of chicken, and there was only a small amount of jellyfish. The soup, which is typically served after the cold cuts, was also forgotten. Their service...

Food is great and the staff couldn’t be any more hospitable. Best place to celebrate anything special!

Here was the menu we had, it was perfect!

hakaw xiao long bao kuchay pancake fresh shrimp rice roll roasting combination - asado liempo, lechon kawali shredded fish maw premier sharks fin yellow soup fried suahe with special sauce grilled lamb chops (shown in photo my personal favorite) steamed lapu lapu with mandarin orange peel (chopped) 2 way roasted pecking duck (2nd way salt and pepper duck bone) eggplant with minced pork in pot garlic yeu mak choi two tone fried rice beef hofan mango pomelo sago snowball baked...
