My friend and I decided to have a dinner at the Jollibe Moa Branch yesterday Nov. 17, 2023. Unfortunately, an incident happened. To cut the long story short, my friend slipped over a wet floor and really thankful for the staff who assisted us from clinic until to the hospital. I really want to recommend Jonalyn the crew and her manager Sir DK (if I am not mistaken) who showed a great concern to us especially to my friend in everything what happened, which no one to blame to, but the service they gave was over what a crew expected to do. Very Bad Experience go in Long Queue while ordering... Waiting the order Over 40mins and giving the Wrong order as well. And instead of assisting for wrong order in to go again in Middle of the Crowd and Give receipt and pay it. Even the Official reveipt not Given...
