worst everrrrr!!! I lived in NYC and frequent the shake shack near the flat iron. Can't even compare the taste. completely not on the same level. The price point is not worth the quality of the food here. go to "8 cuts burgers" towards the "kultura" exit of the mall, you can have the same meal, but better quality and for half the price.
the burger meat patty was dry and with no flavour.. it lacks the juicy, smoky taste that I'm familiar with. the bread was cold and not toasted or even warmed. I think whoppers at burger king taste better than this.
the fries were sad and disappointing. they were soggy and had no salt or any flavour whatsoever. If u want proper fries, get the skinny ones at bonchon
i ordered a chocolate shake. nothing special at all. save ur money and get yourself a blizzard from dairy queen for under ₱100 pesos in the middle of the mall
customer service was the worst out of this whole experience. there are at least 5 employees who are just standing around for entertainment, chatting away or scrolling on their phones
And then there were security guards from outside refilling their water bottles at the water station that's supposed to be for customers 😳😆😅
This shake shack is a failure. Don't waste ur time...
Read moreMy partner and I went here over the weekend, and we were happy with the meal and service. Additionally, each table has a dispenser for hand sanitizer.
The following orders were made:
Shack Burger (Single) She compared it to either Wendy's or a Brother's Burger when my partner had it. It's not much different from the typical burger you've had before; it's just a little more expensive.
Chicken Bites (6pcs) To be completely honest, their chicken bites are nothing spectacular. You can choose to get it with honey mustard or BBQ dip on the side. Even better, I'd like to dunk my fries in the honey mustard.
Cheese Fries If you're familiar with Jollibee's overtop cheese fries, this dish tastes exactly the same but uses crinkle cut fries instead.
Fifty/Fifty (50% lemonade and 50% iced tea) The beverage is very sour and lemony. After your initial few sips, you'll almost certainly pucker up. Additionally, as the flavor quickly fades after the ice melts, I'd advise drinking it all within the first 10 minutes.
Conclusion: There are better restaurants available for the price and quality, and they merit your consideration. It's still a terrific value, though, if you're like us and just wanted to test it out...
Read moreI had an amazing experience at the Greenbelt branch yesterday, so when I spotted Shake Shack at MOA, I knew I had to give it a go. This time, I went all in—ordering the Smoke Shack Burger, Shack Burger, and Shroom Burger, paired with a refreshing Strawberry Lemonade and cheese fries. And I’m happy to report that everything was almost perfect.
The Smoke Shack Burger, which had wowed me at Greenbelt, was a little drier this time around and had fewer cherry peppers. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely something I noticed. That minor hiccup aside, the rest of the meal was an absolute win. The Shack Burger was juicy and flavorful, the Shroom Burger delivered the goods with its crispy portobello mushroom covered in melted Muenster and cheddar cheeses, and the fries were golden, crispy, cheesy and perfect.
Service? Fast and friendly, just the way I like it. My food arrived promptly, and the self-serve condiment counter was a nice touch—providing easy access to all the napkins and extras I needed. The place was spotless, making the whole experience even better.
By the end of it all, I walked out with a satisfied grin. Shake Shack at MOA may not have dethroned my Greenbelt experience, but it’s still a spot I’d...
