Shakey's | SM Mall of Asia — Restaurant in Pasay

We have our family dinner (7 pax) here and avail the 50% off via Metrobank Credit card. Ordered family deal (set 3 meal) + 3pcs chicken & mojos + mojos and dip + 4 extra rice. Below are the issues: The duty manager when he goes to our table and take our order did not have pen and paper with him. He is just reciting our order. Hence, when the order slip came, only the family deal is listed. We have to repeat the order again to the staff Order came and they only gave 5 gravy. I mentioned to the staff but she did not come back to me. In addition, chicken and mojos meal is not included We have requested water to the staff. After multiple reminder to different staff ( I think 5x), then they served water. the chicken and mojos has been followed up multiple times but still not served. When I saw what I think is our order, I go straight to the counter to pick it up. The carbonara that I requested to take out (along with leftover pizza and chicken) was not included. Our fault for not checking it as I assume that the staff included it in the box packaging and my father in law who bring it. Note that the pasta is still 3/4 platter as only my wife and father in law ate. We just found it out the next day when my wife checked it.

Overall, VERY POOR SERVICE for this branch considering Shakeys is one of our favorite store to go to during...

i had my visit in this branch july 30 2025 3pm i was surprise and cant forget the kind of service we experienced, waitress arent polite and need more training when it comes to guest relation and Dining standards . they are not smiling and having eye to eye contact with the guest . they dont even greeted us , when the waitress taking the order its so very unprofessional that for sticking her body on the table while talking to us , she even moving her head like very distracting to us because shes not having eye contact while talking yo us ! after that i also notice they did not practice saying excuse when setting up the table after taking the order . i was very upset at that very moment but my partner is very considerate and stopping me for reacting on that . the glass that they used when serving the drinks is not anymore presentable and had a broken parts which is not good for the safety of the guest . we order carbonara its 8/10 two order of 2 pcs chiicken with still have a chicken feather on it 😪😪😪😪😪😈😈😈👿👿 , after we finished eating same story in billing out un polite and not smiling not having eye contact and not saying thank u . i was really upset and very sad for someone who chosen this restaurant to celebrate our 1st anniversary its so sad . i hope the mall of asia branch shakeys management will hear this and take...

Went for lunch. Not too busy, restaurant is not full. Food is okay, we ordered the monster deal, comes with 2 pizzas, 12 fchickens, 2 pastas, 3 drinks and mojos. The chicken has only flavor on the skin, the meat is bland and a little dry, i dont think they marinate their meat. Marinara pasta is lacking flavor. Carbonara is good and the only food I liked. The pizzas were late, VERY LATE. First one came after we all finished the pasta and chicken, and no mention of the 2nd pizza. After 5 mins, still no pizza so we followed up. Told us it'll be another 5 mins. They didnt cook the pizzas at the same time ??? SMH. Pizza came 10 mins after, we already lost our appetite. Flavor wise, pizza is okay, nothing special. Service is horrendous. So much staff, just standing around but no one wants to work. We asked for water 3 times, no water was served. Even when billing out, we talked to 3 servers still no one wants to help. Even after we received the bill, no one wants to take our money. Frustating is an understatement. Plus the sound system is blaringly loud. You can barely hear one another. There were 2 birthdays while we're there, and both times the speakers were really really loud. Do not recommend this place.
