Zark's Burger — Restaurant in Pasay

The food is ok, but today I had a bad experience at this branch. I ordered 2 dishes, 1 three points burger (solo 199p) and 1 boneless chichken (solo 169p), total 368p, the waitress said to wait for about 20 minutes. I waited outside for almost 30 minutes, then I went inside the store to ask, when I received the food I checked and saw that the bill was 199+199=398, I asked why the increase for the price, another waitress explained that the boneless chichken I ordered was unavailable, so they changed it to something else. She explained that the two dishes are the same, if they are the same, why do they need to be named differently? Different price? Such an explanation is unacceptable, while I had to wait longer than they promised, but no one told me that the food I ordered was out of stock and replaced with another dish. They give you a menu and ask you to be seated. They will take your order at your table. 15 mins and counting of waiting and still no service. Cashier was dealing with payments and drinks. Manager was also doing drinks. 3rd person was in kitchen. No problen UNTIL cashier/waitress prioritized takingvthe bill of another table even after finishing drinks prep. Waited too long so got up and left. Only when manager realized I was walking did he stop drinks and try to act like I was not waiting. I walked out. Ate at the Zarks in MOA, service was slow and definitely not worth the wait . The burger patty was on the dry side, buns aren’t fresh for sure. Fries came out hot but it was a race with the flies to eat them while I waited an additional 15 mins for the burger to follow. Seems like the hot dogs they advertise is still not available since someone posted 3 months ago. Maybe due the covid shortage 3 yrs ago????
