Long queue, everyone seems to have a pwd card asking for discounts! I was already in queue for a long time carrying my well behaved small dog wearing diapers- when almost at the counter (around 1 person away) the staff named Aaron wanted me to go out and leave my dog outside. He wants me to leave the long queue where i am almost next to then go out and then come back again to order. What kind of logic is that?! Read moreThe notice posted by the door says this branch opens at 7:30am. It was past 7:30 and they are still closed. I asked if the opening time is different from the one posted, and they informed me that they opened at 8 am and proceeded to remove the opening hours posted hanging by the door.
We went back at 8am and they still have not opened. There were other customers in the queue by this time. One of the staff opened the door without the customers first before opening the one with customers. I came here expecting the usual Starbucks experience: coffee and a comfortable spot to get some work done. But to my surprise, this branch at Mall of Asia in Manila doesn’t have public WiFi.
There was actually a WiFi network visible called “starbucks delivery”, but when I asked the staff about it, they just said there’s no WiFi and refused to give the password.
Very disappointing. What’s the point of coming to Starbucks if you can’t even connect to WiFi? A big letdown compared to other branches.
