It's my birthday that day, and while I'm waiting for the performance in The Music Hall I have to take a dinner first. As I was scouting to find a restaurant for my dinner, most of the restaus are dark and full of smokers since it's Friday night, there's many party goers. But Bacolod Chicken Inasal is not dark and is very inviting and the area is very spacious too. I ordered barbeque and fried rice with egg and pork toppings. The food is okay and very filling. I had a nice experience dining here.

Everything we ordered were all tasty and cooked well - the Batchoy, Chicken Inasal and the one on the pictures except for the dried fish - the tiny ones. It was supposed to be crispy. But, it wasnโ€™t. The service couldโ€™ve been better. Waiters couldโ€™ve been more attentive on what condiments are missing on the table and more friendly and welcoming too. More choices on the menu though.

I have been eating chicken inasal anywhere else but this Bacolod Chicken Inasal here has been very exceptional...the meat of their chicken tastes just right and so tender that i made me always coming back here....it does made me feel that i am in my home away from home..i will definitely keep coming back here and recommend to my friends and family and tell them that we don't have to miss our homes...lastly, the staff are really wearing there very comforting and also those smiles are really true... thank you guys ....you are all...

Went to Bacolod to meet a friend and this place was certainly one of the places that my friend highly recommended to me to visit and try, and after the experience, I certainly know now why.. Great food especially their specialty which is the Chicken Inasal! Great place as well to dine! ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ I'll definitely comeback when I go back in Bacolod again! Definitely recommended!!...
