Starbucks - PSE East Tower — Restaurant in Pasig

I used to frequent this place. But Starbucks stance as a global company has fallen far from grace.

Aside from cheating senior citizens locally, they have supported and transacted with farms and companies that are involved in illegal human trafficking, sex slavery, and child labor. Which is the very opposite of their mantra that their products are ETHICALLY SOURCED.

I am not sure why people still flock here as their coffee ain't even that good. Either people don't know what Starbucks has done, or just blindly going because this is Starbucks. Just like people here like to buy bootlegged/pirated signature products not knowing the profits funds terrorism. Google it and it is the news. (Starbucks lawsuit and can be read from CNN, Yahoo, etc.)

Not me, I am a socially responsible individual and I am boycotting this foul company who only cares about profits. Go to Bo's instead and support local coffee farmers and they even taste better and fresher. As an expat who has been to many countries, I am happy to say Philippine coffee is...

As a digital nomad - this place is awesome for me. There are many people who frequent this place to have business meetings, interviews, work in their laptops/tablets, or just chill and talk casually to their colleagues or friends. This place is connected to Tektite towers. So office goers stop by here to get their caffeine fix so expect a lot of traffic.

That said, it is conducive enough due to those things that I mentioned since most like-minded individuals would be observed here. So you will also be pushed to hustle just like them.

Staff is friendly and efficient in making sure everything is served as quickly and cleaned up as possible.

The drink and food are of course on-par with the Starbucks chain. Although to be honest - it's just the name and the ambiance on why people flock here. Other cafes have certainly better coffee than SB's.

But the power outlet makes this place (or most SB's for that matter) more digital...

Would you please be able to update the posted operating hours of your store? It clearly states in your branch 5am went there 5:20am to be told that you open at 5:30am and I waited outside for 10 mins. Today went there 5:40 and am told you open at 6am.
