We came as a 3rd group. And after half an house a big group of 8 arrived. By that time, my group of 3 had already placed our order. We had been waiting for our food close to 20 mins, about the time our server told as it would arrive. During thong time, the group before us were served, so I thought, ah, good, we are next (because we were hungry). Then more plates came out of the counter, but the big group was served, not us. By this time, I was already irked, because they had only been sitting abt 7mins ago.
So I had to call the attention of one of the staff, asking where are our orders? And it arrived a minute later. So when she arrived, I asked why were they served ahead? Then more of our plates came. And I saw that the waffle I ordered (request crunchy) was so thin! Not Pancakes standard. So my reaction was, late service, then thin waffles! So disappointing!! The manager came to profusely apologize and said the spaghetti (in the big group) had to be red hot. But the ones I ordered did not arrive hot! To top it all, thw much awaited waffles were so thin. So what is this kind of service? They had 3 people in front (I don't know If the Cashier was part of the 3). But all in all only 4 tables were occupied. Only 4! The manager kindly offer to change my waffles, but why do that, I had already waited more than 30mins and was very hungry. So I just informed her, no more. I will just not return to this branch anymore. Sorry for speaking the truth. To top it all, they charged the most expensive meal to the person without a senior discount card which I said, in view of what you have done to us, you could've at least changed it to one of us 2 seniors. They said sorry, policy. So there. That us the extent of their customer service. Only the Manager looked contrite, mind you, the other 2 staff...

Our table ordered chicken and waffles and over the course of an hour all orders came at separate times. So we could not eat together as a family. Originally we were told 15-20 mins, and restaurant was not busy.
All orders were delivered to table were lukewarm to cold.
Chicken was dry, flavorless. Waffles were thin, also not much flavor. Gravy was disgusting. Poor rendition of Chicken and waffles. 1/10
Just to top it off, a used and dirty spoon was set on the table and had to be replaced.
And they had the nerve to add a service charge...
