McDonald's — Restaurant in Pasig

For this review, i took a pic of the cheeseburger deluxe. The original cheeseburger has a classic taste to it. The deluxe is trying to be a mini bigmac i think. The orig cheeseburger is lost in the mayo of the deluxe mix. A lot of mayo, for me. Flavor is lost.. its like a mayo burger. I'll stick with the orig cheeseburger. Im kinda drawn to the deluxe because of the lettuce. But, in my experience, its not worth it. Keep your extra 20 to 30 bucks for the half leaf lettuce, and save yourself from the mayo flavor. I love mcdonalds food so thats a given. I like the aesthetic here like the floors look like the old mcdonalds. My problem is i ordered a sausage mcmuffin, and when there was no strawberry preserve, i asked for some, and all the employees looked at me like i was saying the most absurd thing. They told me "wala kaming ganyan." Whats worse is they gave my friend strawberry preserve, i said yan o ganyan, they said it only comes with...some meal that isnt sausage mcmuffin. I said thats supposed to go with sausage mcmuffin, and they wouldnt give me some. So my friend gave me his instead, because he had no use for it, as again, he didnt order sausage mcmuffin.

Please orient your staff what condiment goes with what dish. Simple google search...

The food takes long. The queue is crazy. I'm in customer service, I understand that there are rush service hours for you.

But the servers' attitudes cannot be forgiven. They're curt, not even speaking a word to us to confirm that we were heard. They dropped our order on the counter without notification it was ours. They gave us the wrong seasoning for our fries, didn't give us our drinks or my sundae. Didn't even give me the right order for my chicken, which was supposed to be spicy.
