If I could give 0 stars I would! OWNER needs to read!! I forget whether the manager is Gian or Janno. One is a cook and the other the manager. I have been eating at Army Navy for a while. I love their food, no complaints there. About a month ago I went in for the 2nd time in a week and ordered and paid with CC. The manager told me that the credit card didn't go through. I asked him to triple check and he said he was positive it didn't go through. I paid cash and ate. the next day the charge was indeed removed from my bank account. I went back and told the manager as I ordered the same order and said just give it to me free and no hard feelings. I love the food and would eat 2 nights in a row no problem. I showed him on my phone the online charge. He was the one who took the order and cc the night before and he acted like he didn't remember and then said he had to check his receipts and I needed to wait. I told him how bastos that was and I was not willing to wait for him to check his receipts for the charge and he would lose my business if he proceeded to not take my word knowing that I showed him the charge and remembering the transaction the previous night he should have known he was in the wrong. He finally told them to prepare the food and quietly went over and checked while it was being prepared and then in a very smarmy way gave me my order and said he had checked. Well, I know what he saw when he checked that is the point. He is a little smarmy, smug, miserable person. I still went back a couple times and the manager was always smarmy and rude a bit but I shrugged it off until one night I went in at 9:50 and they were closing at 10, the cook, Gian I believe, and the manager is Janno, the cook told me that they were closed. I was disappointed and as I walked out I checked watch and saw the time and went back in and asked the lady cashier and she said closed at 10. I confronted and found out that the cook was almost done cleaning and wanted to get out on time. I proceeded to order and in the meantime a young lady walked in at 10:02 and they made an exception and served her. i was upset and spoke with the manager and he said in a smarmy way that he wanted to serve people. He never offered to reprimand the cook. The last straw was a couple nights later I went in at 11:46 because they normally close at midnight and I was told by Smarmy the manager that they closed early Every other Wednesday. He was Z'ing out the register. I said it has that listed nowhere on web, FB or door. He said "Tough" in his smarmy way. I told him he was about to lose a customer for good and he said that was ok as they were doing inventory. If the OWNER actually reads reviews of their store they should know that Smarmy the manager is costing them customers big time!!!!!!
**BTW, the Emerald/ F. Ortigas Drive location is wonderful and the lady manager there with the braces is awesome. I never had one...
   Read moreWorst crew ever Cashier never repeated the order but when I asked where my wings at, she insisted she told me "bacon and cheese quesadillas" and even turned her back on me while we were talking and said "Sabi ko quesadillas eh" towards her colleague. I asked twice what shall we do now and how do we resolve the issue. But she ignored me and talked to her colleague like I wasn't even there. I took a seat and waited until my friends got their food and was almost finished eating when I followed up on what to do. The other cashier asked for the receipt and casually threw it back to me over the counter. That's when i called them out. I was hungry, angry, and was impatient at that point so i'll leave it to your imagination. Only by that time they chose to talk to me and discuss the resolution. They wanted me to order and pay again, then they will pay me for the incorrect item they punched. I just gave up and asked for the wrong food for takeout because nakakahiya naman sakanila. Backup staff then came to help and told me to not use my ShopeePay even though payment method graphic standee indicates that they accept QRPH, and even includes the ShopeePay logo below. Hindi daw nila mare-receive. I argued that it will push through, but the staff was adamant it wonât since I didnât use GCash. I then, again, stressed, that it will push through unless their GCash wallet reached its limit (which is quite high, given they are registered as a business).
Luckily, one staff rechecked and saw my transaction went through, and asked me how much I sent, and I said the exact amount with the exact reference number.
