I went there last Sunday morning, July 27, around 9:00 am. First off, I was a bit disappointed that their payment system was offline at the time, but the cashier reassured me that my points would still be credited to my Starbucks card when the system goes online. The coffee and food I ordered were very good, so no complaints about that. However, when my name was called, the guy with curly hair yelled loudly, "Coffee for NANAY!!!" It was quite embarrassing because other people heard it, including the person sitting beside my table. Then, I asked him, "Are you calling my name? Because my name is not NANAY, my name is NANCY! Do you think that a person can have that kind of first name, NANAY?!" The guy did not apologize, nor say anything, but went to the cashier to ask, Is this NANCY? Then, the cashier nodded with a Yes. What the guy did was beyond disrespectful and impolite. Since I was seated beside the counter, I had not stood up yet. I was surprised when I saw the paper bag on the countertop. He just placed my takeout orders without addressing me properly, left and walked away and went straight to the back of the cafe, hidden from my view. No apologies, none whatsoever. He never addressed me properly to call my name correctly. A simple sorry would have been enough. You should train your staff to learn to apologize and your cashiers to write legibly because it is frustrating and insulting to have any person's name misspelled or called incorrectly, and be heard by...

Previously their A/C was very cold and I like that. However, this past few weeks, it's like they're cost cutting. I go there before midnight. Actually they don't have A/C running at all. Quite a turn off.
The staff are not so friendly. Not even smiling. One night I went to buy my usual CM and I had my tumbler with me. The barista at the counter punched my order and just after that she asked if I'm gonna be using my tumbler for the coffee. I said yes but I will be the one who will transfer it. Her reaction was "Aaaaaaaaaaaaah". And made face. She's the tall barista there. I thought, you should've asked first if a cx will use their tumbler or not, even if you see them holding it. Don't assume.
I am now very uncomfortable buying from this branch even if this is the only SB at our office. Good thing I found a coffee truck just right beside our bldg. I might buy there...
Read moreI always order the same thing at any Starbucks I come across in Metro Manila — a carrot cake and a tall café latte. It’s a simple comfort order I trust. Unfortunately, this branch gave me the worst café latte I’ve ever had from Starbucks.
The drink was dull, watery, and barely had any coffee taste. It honestly felt like warm water mixed with powdered creamer — “lasaw” and lifeless. Even standard hotel coffee with cream tastes better than what I was served.
It didn’t have the quality or consistency I expect from Starbucks for this branch. Disappointing and definitely not worth the visit. Hope this gets addressed, because this branch is not delivering on the Starbucks experience.
I wanted to complain at the counter but then I might be misinterpreted negatively. I dont want compensation. just please do your job well when making the right...
