Starbucks Capitol Commons Drive-Thru — Restaurant in Pasig

I had such a wonderful experience at Starbucks during my recent visit. Everything about it from the food and drinks to the atmosphere and service.

The food and drinks were absolutely delightful. My order was prepared just the way I wanted, rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The coffee had that signature Starbucks aroma that instantly lifts your mood, and the pastries were fresh, warm, and satisfying. You can really tell that the quality and consistency are always a top priority here.

The atmosphere was equally impressive. The store was clean, cozy, and inviting. A perfect place to relax, work, or catch up with friends. The background music was calm and soothing, complementing the overall ambiance. The lighting and layout made the space feel open yet comfortable, and it truly added to the experience.

Lastly, the service was exceptional. The baristas were friendly, attentive, and efficient. They greeted everyone with genuine smiles and made sure each order was accurate and served promptly. Their warmth and professionalism made me feel valued as a customer.

Their services is bad. I was collecting stickers for the Christmas collection since last week. Their phone app has been upgraded so it’s new to the customers like me. They ask where I collect stickers and I said thru phone. When I purchased again a drink earlier today I found out that no stickers has been placed. I still need to activate and press JOIN. They should have told me and checked. All wasted stickers for nothing. They are very poor in customer service. This miscommunication could’ve been prevented if they have checked or instructed me to activate and join the sticker...

Bad experience sa drivethru. Staff are not smiling at parang galit makipag usap. Also, ung receipt ko came along with a free drink as their promo pero the cashier hid it... e nakita ko so i waited until nabigay na lahat mga orders ko and he was waiting for me to leave. I finally asked him for the receipt and he gave it to me asking if im aware of the free drink. I just said yeah and got the receipt. I had the feeling na itatago nya yung receipt na yun and would probably give it to someone else. Wondering if hindi lang ako ung nagawan...
